Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to spearhead and oversee marketing strategies across various channels, aimed at boosting lead generation, supporting business development, and enhancing brand recognition. The ideal candidate will possess strong strategic thinking and communication skills, excelling in collaborative environments and adept at transforming concepts into actionable plans while measuring outcomes and refining approaches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement marketing initiatives aligned with specific objectives across diverse channels and segments, contributing to our overarching strategic marketing framework.
  • Collaborate with advisory teams to formulate and execute marketing strategies tailored to targeted client communities.
  • Utilize multiple marketing channels, working alongside tactical marketers and external agencies (including email, content, website, social media, and paid advertising).
  • Develop comprehensive business cases for marketing initiatives during the proposal phase and provide recommendations on marketing tactics.
  • Assess the effectiveness of marketing programs in meeting their goals, including lead generation, lifetime value, and client retention.
  • Initiate and manage marketing research projects to derive consumer insights that enhance marketing strategies and communications.
  • Engage with creative teams, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure cohesive execution of marketing programs.
  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing initiatives, fostering collaboration among stakeholders and utilizing appropriate internal processes.
  • Coordinate with other marketing team members, internal stakeholders, and external agencies to ensure alignment and effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Management.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven track record in developing complex marketing programs and analyzing their outcomes.
  • Familiarity with digital and direct response marketing.
  • Strong writing skills with a focus on creating compelling emails and landing pages.
  • Excellent project management capabilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on results-driven thinking.
  • Experience in account management at an agency is advantageous but not mandatory.
