About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pest Control Service Technician to join our team at American Pest. As a Pest Control Service Technician, you will be responsible for helping our customers solve their pest issues and building long-term relationships through honesty, empathy, and outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel to appointments and meet with customers to assess pest problems in and around their homes and workplaces
  • Execute specialized treatment plans to solve existing pest problems and recommend corrective actions to prevent issues
  • Work outdoors in all regular seasonal weather conditions and safely move items and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Technical proficiency with computers, smart phones, and other technology
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English
