Position Overview

As a Customer Support Liaison, you will manage a multi-line phone system, ensuring calls are directed appropriately while providing assistance to our valued customers. Collaboration with various branches and departments is essential to maintain a standard of friendly, courteous, and professional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to incoming calls on a multi-line phone system, adhering to service guidelines.
  • Provide professional and courteous assistance to customers while safeguarding their financial information.
  • Acquire knowledge of all banking products and services to effectively retain customers and identify sales opportunities.
  • Process requests for new ATM/Debit cards and manage existing card inquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act and the Patriot Act.
  • Master the 8-step process for discussing banking products with customers.
Candidate Profile:

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Office applications.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to handle a high volume of correspondence and interactions.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capacity to multi-task and handle complex tasks efficiently.
  • Basic math skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with Glacier Bancorp products and procedures.
  • Six months of customer service experience.
  • Knowledge of Jack Henry systems.
  • Prior experience in a call center environment.

Work Environment:
Must be able to perform duties in a climate-controlled office setting with moderate noise levels.

Physical Requirements:
The physical demands of this role include:
- Frequent sitting and use of hands for repetitive tasks.
- Occasional standing, walking, and lifting.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment, including computers and telephones.
