POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Client Services Specialist to become a vital part of our expanding team. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering outstanding customer service to create memorable client experiences and foster client loyalty. You will also contribute to our revenue goals by consistently meeting individual sales targets while upholding our commitment to cleanliness. OBJECTIVES
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, exceeding client expectations at every opportunity.
  • Enhance client retention and loyalty by engaging with clients, remembering their names, and ensuring they feel valued during each visit.
  • Develop personalized Wellness Plans for clients by aligning them with suitable autopay options and products.
  • Achieve daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Per Client Average, Member Conversion Percentage, and overall salon sales targets.
  • Promote salon services, upcoming events, and retail products to meet sales objectives.
  • Ensure salon cleanliness adheres to our 100% Cleanliness Guarantee standards.
  • Actively contribute to the sales team’s success in terms of revenue, culture, and brand reputation.
  • Comply with all state and federal regulations regarding sunbed usage and UV exposure.
  • Embody and uphold the core values of Slick Rock Tanning & Spa.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience is required.
  • At least 1 year of sales experience is preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, or kneel for extended periods.
  • Capability to lift up to 30 lbs as needed.

Pay: $16-18 hourly + commission + bonuses

On target earnings: $19-$30/hr
