As a key player in our Coeur d'Alene branch, you will receive comprehensive training on banking policies, procedures, and federal regulations. We pride ourselves on offering competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, generous paid time off, and robust retirement plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a multi-line phone system, ensuring calls are directed appropriately.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while safeguarding the confidentiality of financial information.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of our banking products and services to assist customers effectively and identify sales opportunities.
  • Process requests for new ATM/Debit cards and manage existing card inquiries.
  • Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act and the Patriot Act.
  • Master the eight-step process for discussing banking products with customers.

Candidate Profile:

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Office Suite.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to handle a high volume of correspondence and customer interactions.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and handle complex situations efficiently.
  • Basic math skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Mountain West Bank's products and procedures.
  • Six months of customer service experience.
  • Experience with Jack Henry systems.
  • Prior experience in a call center environment.

Work Environment:

Physical Requirements:

The physical demands of this position include:
