Are you a seasoned sales professional looking to make a meaningful impact in the healthcare industry? UCB is seeking a talented and dynamic individual to join our U.S. Neurology team as a Provider Liaison (Specialty Sales Representative) in the Capital region.

This exciting opportunity will allow you to promote UCB's neurology products to leading epileptologists and neurologists throughout the assigned geography, including Rockville & Silver Spring, MD, D.C., Fairfax & Alexandria, VA.

As a Provider Liaison, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting sales calls with physicians and care providers to provide compliant solutions for patient needs
  • Collaborating with UCB teammates to maximize UCB's impact within the region
  • Building relationships with key influencers in Epilepsy and serving as UCB's primary point of contact
  • Representing a highly respected company with an unparalleled legacy in Epilepsy and Neurology

You will contribute by:

  • Developing and executing a master business plan to drive growth within your territory
  • Analyzing business and sales data to inform your strategic approach
  • Working independently to drive business within your accounts and collaborating with internal UCB partners
  • Developing deep clinical knowledge of Epilepsy and our products
  • Coordinating formulary approval processes at key institutions and hospitals
  • Assisting patients and offices with access and affordability questions
  • Abiding by the highest ethical standards

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical or biotech selling experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of specialty selling experience
  • A valid U.S. Driver's license with no more than two moving violations in the last three years

Preferred qualifications include prior experience selling and marketing products in Neurology, a documented track record of success, and experience in hospital and/or clinical account management.
