Job Title: Sales Executive

At Teal, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and qualify new leads through research and outreach efforts
  • Cold call, email, and utilize social media to reach out to potential clients
  • Document and track all leads, contacts, opportunities, and activity history in CRM
  • Understand client needs, assess their IT infrastructure, and propose solutions that align with their challenges
  • Follow up on inbound leads and proactively make outbound calls to drive new business
  • Prepare proposals, develop pricing strategies, and conduct presentations to move prospects through the sales funnel
  • Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through effective communication and rapport-building
  • Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop and conduct proactive outbound calling strategies targeting key decision-makers
  • Achieve quotas for net new clients to grow MRR
  • Attend networking events, conferences, and trade shows to build relationships and create new business opportunities
  • Provide feedback and recommendations on marketing efforts based on real client interactions
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure overall company success
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Experience in an inside sales role, particularly in IT consulting or managed services
  • Proficiency with CRM systems like HubSpot and Apollo
  • Comfortable and experienced with cold calling and consultative selling
  • Strong understanding of the organization's goals and objectives
  • Competitive and self-motivated, with the ability to adapt to a changing environment
  • Exceptional written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on listening
  • Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional customer service orientation and ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Impressive presentation and negotiating skills
  • Ability to travel locally to customer meetings or corporate events as required
Physical Requirements:
  • Adequate hearing to perform job duties in person and over the telephone
  • Must be able to communicate clearly with clients in person and over the telephone
  • Visual acuity adequate to perform job duties, including reading information from printed sources and computer screens
  • Requires occasional lifting and carrying items weighing up to 10 pounds unassisted
  • Requires frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive hand movements (specifically keyboarding and writing), standing, walking, squatting and sitting, with some lifting, pushing and pulling exerted regularly throughout a regular work shift
