About the Role:

At TransUnion, we're seeking a highly skilled Lead Account Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for driving new business opportunities and building strong relationships with our prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic outreach plans to support new business acquisition goals.
  • Conduct in-depth research on target accounts to identify key players and create customized messaging for prospecting purposes.
  • Execute on outreach plans by communicating with current and prospective customers through tailored messages across multiple channels.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop and execute campaigns and provide feedback to maximize impact.
  • Maintain and update records within Salesforce to reflect relevant research and activities.
  • Utilize various resources, including Salesforce, LinkedIn, and industry reports, to strategically identify organizations and individuals to contact.
  • Participate in regular training and coaching sessions to enhance demand generation skills and objection handling.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our portfolio of solutions and articulate the value to personas across a prospect organization.
