We are currently seeking an Operations Aide to assist our Parts and Quality Operations team.

This role involves executing various tasks and related on-site administrative and technical responsibilities within a sophisticated engineering environment. Most tasks will pertain to quality assurance, production oversight, and technical administrative functions.

This position requires the preparation and processing of technical documentation in accordance with established procedures; additional responsibilities will reflect the specific needs of the Quality Operations department.

This is a critical position that necessitates on-site presence five days a week.

Your Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, format, and distribute technical documents.

Tasks include creating cover sheets, obtaining signatures, ensuring adherence to proper templates, general document formatting, and delivering materials to internal stakeholders.

- Utilize basic formulas and formats to create tables, graphs, figures, and metrics as needed for daily operations. - Assist the Quality Manager and Project Managers with secure document control management for various projects and programs.

- Facilitate internal and external customer meetings by coordinating site visit requests, welcoming and escorting visitors as necessary, and providing safety information to visitors through brochures or safety videos.

- Aid in the coordination of system access requests, safety evaluations, and other on-site requirements for new hires or other personnel as needed.

- Support the generation of reports and the distribution of information, results, and basic analyses to relevant personnel.

- Enter service requests for procurement, training updates, or other needs and manage orders until receipt and distribution to the appropriate group.

- Provide general administrative support to the on-site Operations team, including document scanning and printing. - Monitor schedules and follow up with responsible personnel to ensure timely document generation. - Compile, prepare, and input data into various systems. Maintain a solid understanding of quality, safety, and security protocols.

Who You Are:
- High school diploma or equivalent required. - 3-5 years of administrative experience. - Associate's degree in business or a technical field or equivalent preferred. - Experience in the nuclear industry is a plus. - Proficient in computer applications including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio; experience with SAP or ERP systems is required. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to consistently apply a high level of attention to detail.
