Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Inventory Control Credit Validator. This role is responsible for verifying the validity of credits and collaborating with the Customer Experience team to resolve inquiries and requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough reviews and research to verify credit validity
  • Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to resolve credit inquiries and requests
  • Identify customer trends and provide insights to Operations leadership and key stakeholders
  • Perform shipping and receiving audits on-site and in retail stores as required
  • Partner with the local inventory team to review and process inventory adjustments
  • Make inventory adjustments in the system
  • Perform other relevant job duties as required
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Capability of being licensed in operating powered industrial equipment
  • Experience in procedures in other areas of the warehouse for a global understanding of all processes
  • Working knowledge and experience in both mechanized and conventional warehousing, in picking and storage operations in dry grocery and perishable areas
  • Experience as a selector or lift operator (strongly preferred)
  • Knowledge of safety guidelines, paperwork and reporting methods related to tracking inventory, and applicable warehouse management system and RF system
  • Skills and abilities in critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual preferred (Spanish or Korean)
