  • Recommending appropriate products and services to satisfy member requirements
  • Safeguarding the confidentiality of member information
  • Assisting the Lead Customer Engagement Specialist and Supervisor as required

If you meet the following qualifications, you could be an excellent addition to our team:

  • Prior experience in customer service
  • Familiarity with cash handling procedures
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are advantageous
