Project Administrator

United Construction Company is in search of a Project Administrator tasked with managing project documentation as directed by Project Manager(s).

Key Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in project administration within the commercial construction sector is preferred.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license is required.

Position Details:

Location: Reno, NV

Employment Type: Full-time

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage Submittals/Shop Drawings/Samples
  • Monitor all necessary submittals/shop drawings and organize documentation
  • Handle RFI's: Input into project management software, distribute, and track responses
  • Oversee Subcontracts/Purchase Orders: Prepare, monitor, and keep Project Manager updated
  • Manage RCO's/PCO's: Prepare, track, update project management software, and maintain documentation
  • Assist with Project Meetings: Help in organizing, creating, and updating meeting minutes
  • Certified Payroll: Gather, verify, and submit when necessary
  • Project Documentation: Distribute updated schedules, plans, specifications, and maintain files
  • Facilitate Communications: Ensure close interaction with all involved parties
  • Financial Oversight: Adhere to accounting protocols, process commitments, and manage change orders
  • Reporting: Generate reports as needed
  • Close Out Procedures: Follow close-out protocols, track warranties, and compile closeout documents

  • Language Proficiency: Ability to read, write reports, and present information effectively
