Compensation:
This is an hourly position, compensated bi-weekly.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 6am - 6:30pm; 8.5 or 9-hour shifts.
Requirements:
The Registered Nurse - Case Manager must possess:
- Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
- Education: Graduate from an accredited college or university.
- Certification: One of the following certifications: Certified Case Manager (CCM), Certified Disability Management Specialist (CDMS), Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN), Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN), or other relevant certifications.
- Experience: At least one year of clinical experience as a full-time RNCM within the last three years in a medical facility.
- Licensure: Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse.
Job Responsibilities:
The Registered Nurse - Case Manager will:
- Engage in peer review and performance improvement initiatives.
- Maintain awareness and application of safety protocols.
- Act efficiently in emergency situations, adhering to established protocols.
- Participate in the Family Advocacy Program as directed.
- Provide training and clinical direction to clinic staff.
- Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner.
- Utilize automated systems for clinical information management.
