We are seeking a driven and process-oriented Lead Program Management Strategist to oversee comprehensive product go-to-market strategies and initiatives across product, marketing, and commercial divisions, including sales and account management. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a project leader with a track record of advancing product launches and migration initiatives, ensuring accountability among cross-functional stakeholders, and facilitating the successful execution of our product roadmap and solution priorities.

Location: Remote within the US or Hybrid if based in NYC

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with product and commercial leadership to develop and manage cross-functional execution of product roadmap, commercialization, and platform migration project plans.
  • Oversee the end-to-end program management of intricate SaaS project plans involving all relevant product, marketing, and account management stakeholders to enhance client adoption and retention.
  • Manage the frequency and quality of client communications and customer experience throughout product launch and platform migration projects in close partnership with product, marketing, and account management teams.
  • Lead the measurement and optimization strategy for product launch and platform migration initiatives by gathering client feedback and insights at critical stages of the project lifecycle.
  • Empower account management teams to ensure a seamless client transition to new product interfaces and functionalities, maximizing client engagement and addressing adoption challenges.
Qualifications:

Experience:
  • 7-10 years of experience collaborating with product management and commercial teams in the SaaS advertising/media, data analytics, or information services sectors.
  • 5-10 years of experience leading the comprehensive program management of high-profile product launches, client migrations, and commercialization projects, working alongside product and commercial leadership.
  • Exceptional executive team engagement and communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated capability to lead and influence cross-functional stakeholders (beyond direct control) with a naturally collaborative approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience in customer success or account management is preferred.
