Insurance Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Business Development Representative to join our team at Theresainsurance. As an Account Associate, you will play a key role in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish strong relationships with customers and follow up as needed to ensure their needs are met.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused review process to educate customers about insurance options and promote the development of our business.
- Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
- Sales experience preferred, but not required.
- Able to obtain Property and Casualty License.
- Able to obtain Life/Health License.
- Able to achieve mutually agreed-upon marketing goals.
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
- Bilingual skills in Spanish, Cantonese, or Mandarin preferred.

CompensationThe estimated salary for this position is $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience and performance. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees, and employees are not directly employed by State Farm. Agents make all employment decisions regarding their employees.
