Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year, with opportunities for advancement and professional growth. You will also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401K, and hourly pay plus commission/bonus.

Job Description

As an Office Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers
  • Developing leads, scheduling appointments, and identifying customer needs
  • Maintaining a high level of work ethic and commitment to success
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas (preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
  • People-oriented and self-motivated
  • Ability to work in a team environment and achieve mutually agreed-upon marketing goals
  • A Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain) and Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
