About the Role

As a Business Development Representative at RecruiterBoom, you will be responsible for establishing and cultivating relationships with businesses and organizations that can benefit from our temporary staffing services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research potential clients through introductory calls and visits to work sites
  • Deliver sales presentations to showcase our services and build strong partnerships
  • Work closely with the recruiting team to identify and coach the best candidates for each job opening
Requirements

To succeed in this position, you must possess problem-solving skills, personal initiative, and the ability to exercise discretion and judgment when evaluating existing and prospective clients.

You should have excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, a love for working with people, and a strong sense of self-motivation. Additionally, you should be confident in exercising discretion and independent judgment about businesses and people, and be a natural leader with a competitive drive.

Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.
