**Estimated Salary:** $26.00 per hour (based on location and industry standards)

**Job Description**

As an Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be to establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs. You will work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Establish customer relationships and follow up as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
  • Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
  • Experience managing client relationships is preferred.
  • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
  • Dedicated to customer service.
  • Able to anticipate customer needs.
  • Able to effectively relate to a customer.
