Job Title: Overnight Member Services Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Overnight Member Services Representative. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, prospective members, and guests during our overnight hours.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide superior customer service to members and guests, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to member inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Check members in, tour, and sign up new members, as well as log amenities and communicate updates and events.
  • Conduct beverage and merchandise purchases on the point-of-sale system.
  • Close shift and create bank deposits for the following day.
  • Utilize the POS system to assist with new membership cards, address changes, and billing or payment questions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and lobby.
  • Perform regular facility cleaning and upkeep, including mopping, trash removal, and equipment cleaning.
Requirements:
  • Customer service background preferred.
  • Ability to work overnight hours (10:00pm to 6:00am).
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Passion for fitness and health.
  • Upbeat and positive attitude.
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential.
