We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a representative of LoanMax Title Loans, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, loan processing, and cash handling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide superior customer service to our clients
  • Process loans and manage cash handling
  • Make collection calls to customers
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be able to work full-time
  • Have a high school degree or equivalent
  • Basic computer and data entry experience
  • Collections experience preferred
