About the Role

Patterson is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Great Falls, MT. As a key member of our Animal Health International team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our production customers and sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strong working relationships with customers, sales representatives, and manufacturing partners to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues and providing solutions in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process customer transactions, including orders, quotes, returns, and other administrative tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain accurate customer and territory records, as well as document all customer interactions.
  • Generate reports and monitor scheduled shipment dates to ensure timely delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date on company products, policies, and procedures to provide informed support to customers.
Requirements
  • High School Degree or equivalent.
  • Proven customer service and organizational skills.
  • Observable accuracy and strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • General computer proficiency, including knowledge of MS Office.
