We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team at PrideStaff in Hartford, CT.
Job Summary:
The Office Assistant will provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing files, and performing data entry tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Perform general office administration tasks, including filing and data entry
- Assist the CSR manager with small projects and tasks
- Enter and maintain customer information
- Coordinate with production on special jobs
- Take and respond to incoming calls
Requirements:
- Computer skills and experience with data entry
- Math skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Flexibility and adaptability
