Office Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team at PrideStaff in Hartford, CT.

Job Summary:

The Office Assistant will provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing files, and performing data entry tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Perform general office administration tasks, including filing and data entry
  • Assist the CSR manager with small projects and tasks
  • Enter and maintain customer information
  • Coordinate with production on special jobs
  • Take and respond to incoming calls

Requirements:
