Clinical Decision Unit Assistant

At Catholic Medical Center, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our team in the Clinical Decision Unit. This is a full-time night shift position that requires a high level of expertise and dedication.
About the RoleThis role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and working collaboratively with healthcare professionals. As an LNA, you will be responsible for providing basic patient care under the supervision of Registered Nurses (RNs) and physicians.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding.
- Assist with range-of-motion exercises and repositioning for patients, as directed by the healthcare team.
- Help patients with mobility, including transferring them between beds and wheelchairs.
You will work closely with the healthcare team to monitor critically ill patients, ensuring their comfort and helping with various medical and personal care tasks. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and their families.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you should have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a healthcare setting performing similar work activities.
- Basic computer keyboarding and data entry skills required.
- Current registration in the State of New Hampshire as a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA), required.
- BLS certified. Must maintain BLS throughout employment.
We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
