Education Support Professional

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a dedicated and supportive individual to fill the role of Paraprofessional. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to provide academic support, behavior assistance, and communication services to students. Responsibilities:
- Provide academic support to students, including homework help and test preparation
- Assist teachers with classroom activities, such as lesson planning and data collection
- Support students with behavior challenges, using strategies like positive reinforcement and de-escalation techniques
- Communicate effectively with teachers, students, and parents to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or specialized training preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Patient, empathetic, and understanding approach to working with students
