Triage Support Clinical Assistant

We are currently seeking a Triage Support Clinical Assistant to join our team at HealthSource of Ohio. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of patients and families while developing your clinical skills and expertise.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Practice Manager and Care Management Director to coordinate patient care
- Triages clinical patient inquiries, ensuring accurate communication and documentation
- Develops and implements educational plans for patients and families, working closely with physicians
Requirements
- Valid LPN license or completion of an MA program (CMA/RMA preferred)
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in family practice and medical office settings
- Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
