Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead our medical unit team at Dartmouth Health. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring high-quality patient care and exceptional service delivery. As a clinical leader, you will provide guidance, support, and mentorship to nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities
- Manages patient assignments and workflow within the clinic, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality patient outcomes
- Participates in performance management of staff members, including coaching, evaluations, and the performance management process
- Develops and implements policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and institutional standards
- Collaborates with other departments and clinics to promote effective communication and collaboration

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role or as a Clinical Specialist
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
