About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join the C&RS Sales Team, a focused and dynamic team dedicated to growing the C&RS business, including Credit Solutions, Risk Solutions, and Third Party Risk. As a Team Lead, you will be part of a leadership team driving the growth of the C&RS suite with dedicated sales focus.

Responsibilities and Impact:

The C&RS business has a strategic plan to reach $1 billion in revenue globally by 2026 and is a significant contributor to the overall growth of the Market Intelligence Division. You will be at the forefront of solving new challenges for clients as the market and regulatory landscape continues to evolve.

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand the C&RS business.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and grow the C&RS customer base.
  • Collaborate with Pre-Sales Engineers to provide deep subject matter expertise to support renewal and new business conversations.
  • Identify and develop revenue synergy and cross-sell opportunities with other Market Intelligence solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the C&RS business and Market Intelligence Division.
Requirements:

We are looking for a highly experienced sales professional with a strong commercial mindset and a proven track record of driving revenue growth. You will have:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Seven+ years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in the credit risk or financial services industry.
  • Strong communication, organization, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to drive solutions that address client needs.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office and using CRM systems.
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $121,757 to $244,700, depending on experience and location. You will also be eligible for an annual incentive plan and additional benefits.
