In the role of Sales Operations Specialist, you will provide essential support to our Sales Associates and work collaboratively with internal business leaders to ensure our Sales team has the necessary resources to thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will thrive in a dynamic environment characterized by a high volume of work driven by our Sales Associates' needs. Acting as a trusted partner and advisor to the Sales team, your contributions will be vital in helping them meet their sales objectives and assisting the organization in achieving its broader goals. Your support will be instrumental in navigating this fast-paced atmosphere and ensuring the effective implementation of our sales strategies. You will also provide assistance during client and prospect meetings as required.
Focus Areas:
- Proposal Development: Collaborate closely with the Antech Sales team to offer strategic guidance on pricing for both new and existing client proposals. Together, you will craft competitive sales proposals that resonate with our clients, aiming to deliver exceptional value while driving profitable growth for the company.
- Pricing Expertise: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of Antech's product offerings and pricing structures to guide the Sales team throughout the proposal pricing process. Your insights will facilitate quicker deal closures and streamline the sales cycle, enhancing the team's chances of success.
- Market Insights: Conduct market research, gather feedback from the Sales team, and leverage your experience to contribute to the refinement of our pricing strategy. Your recommendations will help ensure our pricing remains competitive and aligned with market demands, supporting our overall business objectives.
