At Tekscape, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team by providing administrative assistance, managing sales processes, and analyzing sales data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support to the sales team by preparing quotes, proposals, and sales documentation.
  • Manage sales processes, including quoting, product research, and internal/external communication.
  • Monitor and support sales activities within ConnectWise, ensuring opportunities and customer engagements are in line with Tekscape's business objectives.
  • Generate sales-related reports and dashboards using ConnectWise, highlighting sales performance, pipeline management, and MRR growth for management review.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of Tekscape's core offerings, including managed services, cloud solutions, Microsoft technologies, Cisco builds, and other partner products.

Requirements:

  • Proficient with general office applications.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills.
  • Skill in preparing written communications and materials.
  • Interpersonal skills: such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening and customer-care.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly.
  • Typing skills to ensure quick and accurate data entry.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, sales or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales support and customer service.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes and logistics.
  • MSP experience strongly preferred.
  • Subject matter expert for ConnectWise Manage and Sell administration.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 product and service sales (Microsoft 365, Modern Work and Azure fundamentals specifically).
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel functions.
  • Background in programming languages such as Python (preferred).
