Your responsibilities will include overseeing social media platforms, curating and organizing content, providing creative insights, promoting marketing campaigns, and keeping abreast of current trends. This position also requires hands-on experience in multitasking across different hospitality venues. Flexibility in working hours, the ability to maintain diverse brand voices, and staying informed about the latest developments are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a range of administrative and marketing support to the Marketing Director.
  • Utilize social media scheduling tools to effectively post content across various platforms.
  • Assist in maintaining a consistent Instagram Story posting schedule, including reposts from artists and fans, organic video content, promotional materials, and artist announcements.
  • Create engaging and informative social media captions that resonate with our diverse brands and represent the performing artists.
  • Support live coverage efforts by capturing captivating content that highlights our nightlife venues during peak times.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team on entertainment and promotional initiatives, including ticketing, event creation, and social media advertising.
  • Conduct weekly audits of venue photo albums and video content, ensuring organization within our digital storage.
  • Assist in grassroots marketing campaigns, including the development of promotional assets, photoshoots, and entertainment logistics.
  • Support the marketing team in auditing online listings and website content.
  • Manage the weekly schedule and organization of content generated at our venues.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in a marketing or social media role within the hospitality or entertainment sectors, ideally with 2-3 years of experience.
  • Basic proficiency in photo and video editing.
  • A strong understanding and enthusiasm for utilizing Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and Facebook from both a client-facing and backend perspective.
  • Proven experience in marketing and social media, coupled with a willingness to learn and a positive attitude.
  • A keen sense of aesthetics and a passion for compelling copy and engaging communication.
  • Availability to work weekends and late nights is essential.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality, music, entertainment, and experiential events.
