Job Title: Outside Sales

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales professional to join our team at Eastern Industrial Automation. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and updates to management
Requirements:
  • Strong sales and business development skills, with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and sales growth
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Associate's degree or equivalent in a related field, or equivalent experience
