Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and qualify new business leads through phone, email, and social media outreach
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales engineers, marketing, and product, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Track and analyze sales activity and pipeline performance to inform sales strategies
  • Work closely with account executives to develop territory and enhance pipeline
Requirements
  • Proven track record of high achievement in sales or business development
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to understand technical solutions and make them easy to understand for non-technical stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
