Job Title: Account Executive, Group Sales

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our Group Sales team at Sharks Sports and Entertainment. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for generating group ticket sales revenue by developing and executing strategic sales efforts for the Sharks, Barracuda, and SAP Center Arena Events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize ticket revenue for group sales, including group ticket packages, fan experiences, and hospitality spaces.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and activity metrics, including outbound calls, client meetings, and personal prospecting.
  • Pursue up-sell and new business opportunities to generate premium suite rental revenue.
  • Handle in-bound sales calls from prospective and current ticket holders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
