Position Title: Senior Cloud Product Manager

Role Overview:

As a Senior Cloud Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and articulating the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our cloud infrastructure. This position requires close collaboration with engineers, architects, security teams, and various cross-functional groups to design and launch innovative products and services. You will oversee and synchronize efforts across departmental initiatives, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Cloud Operations, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with engineering, security, and cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and features, maintaining high standards of quality and timely delivery.
  • Engage with stakeholders and internal customers to gather insights and ensure product alignment.
  • Implement Agile methodologies within the product development lifecycle, facilitating key Agile ceremonies.
  • Support Cloud Operations teams in managing their product backlogs, prioritizing tasks according to the product roadmap.
  • Provide guidance to engineering teams, leveraging your technical knowledge to assist in informed decision-making.
  • Establish key performance metrics and communicate updates on product development progress.
  • Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills while working with diverse teams.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant banking regulations and internal policies.
  • Actively contribute to fostering a positive corporate culture and embodying the bank's core values.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Master's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • 7-10 years of experience in product management, software engineering, information technology, or banking is required.
  • Proven ability to lead projects to completion with minimal supervision, demonstrating project leadership skills.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to various audience sizes.
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies and best practices.
  • Deep knowledge of product development concepts, customer requirements, and market applications.

Work Environment: This position requires full onsite presence.
