The Patient Access Specialist plays a vital role in facilitating patient access to care through effective communication and registration processes. This position is located in a call center setting, requiring excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deliver an exceptional patient experience.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Computer and typing skills

Physical Demands:
The Patient Access Specialist must be able to move, traverse, and remain in a stationary position for up to eight hours per day. Additionally, they must have motor coordination, complete manual dexterity, articulate speech, visual acuity, and the ability to hear.
