Client Overview

A prominent multifamily general contractor, this company is known for its robust project pipeline that includes a variety of developments such as residential apartments, hospitality venues, senior living facilities, and more. They pride themselves on their stellar reputation and commitment to internal promotions, rewarding skilled employees with performance bonuses.

Role Responsibilities

Support the Project Manager in various daily functions, which include but are not limited to:

  • Drafting and organizing construction documentation
  • Overseeing value engineering initiatives
  • Timely preparation and submission of all necessary paperwork to owners, design teams, and subcontractors
  • Ensuring adherence to construction regulations and permits
  • Developing and updating project schedules and budgets, effectively communicating any changes to relevant personnel
  • Resolving project completion and warranty concerns, and preparing final close-out documentation
  • Managing financial reporting and budget oversight
  • Administering the Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) program.

Candidate Profile

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management is strongly preferred
  • Experience managing multifamily projects valued at a minimum of $5 million
  • Familiarity with construction processes, building regulations, cost estimation, budgeting, scheduling, and safety protocols
  • Proficient in project management software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
