Role Summary

Support the Project Manager with various responsibilities, including but not limited to:

  • Drafting and organizing construction documentation
  • Overseeing value engineering initiatives
  • Timely preparation and submission of all necessary paperwork to owners, design teams, and subcontractors
  • Ensuring adherence to construction regulations and permits
  • Developing and updating project schedules and budgets, effectively communicating any changes to relevant personnel
  • Addressing project completion and warranty concerns, and compiling final close-out documentation
  • Monitoring budget and financial reporting
  • Administering the Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) program.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management is highly preferred
  • Experience managing multifamily projects valued at a minimum of $5 million
  • Familiarity with construction methodologies, building regulations, cost estimation, budgeting, scheduling, and safety protocols
  • Proficient in project management software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
