Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate structural engineering projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, and contractors, to ensure project success.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and identify potential issues.
  • Prepare and review technical reports, specifications, and other project-related documents.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's degree preferred).
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of New Jersey or Engineer-In-Training (EIT) certification.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in structural design and project management.
  • Strong knowledge of CADD software, including AutoCAD and Microstation.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
