We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our premium supplemental insurance sales team.
Job Summary:This role involves selling and cultivating a strong client base, focusing on relationship-building, cold calling, and client engagement. The ideal candidate will be proactive, self-assured, and enthusiastic about mentoring, educating, and motivating peers.
Key Responsibilities:- Selling and promoting premium supplemental insurance products
- Built relationships with clients and prospects
- Mastery of the B2B sales process and ability to close sales
- Train and mentor new team members as needed
- Resolute, self-assured, and proactive individual
- Exhibiting discipline and determination; demonstrating a penchant for independent work
- Proficient in handling objections and closing sales
- Commitment to dedicating 40-45 hours weekly to this role
- Demonstrating a history of exemplary performance
- Enthusiastic about mentoring, educating, and motivating peers
- Comprehensive classroom and field training program
- Weekly draw pay option plus commissions (no caps and short sales cycle - 3 business days)
- Monthly cash sales bonuses, quarterly stock share bonuses, incentive trips, and vested renewal commissions
- Health, dental, and vision benefits offered after 60 days of employment
- Performance-based promotions
- Control of your schedule based on results achieved rather than time worked
