About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional store manager to join our team at a top-tier grocery retailer. As a store manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and driving sales growth. Key Duties
  • Lead and manage a team of employees to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
  • Manage store inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise
  • Monitor and control expenses, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness
  • Implement and maintain effective inventory management systems
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management or a related field
  • Proven track record of achieving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and empower teams
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year
