Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategies to grow our HVAC service sales division.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, building trust and fostering long-term partnerships.

Leadership Development:

  • Department Foundation: Help establish a foundation for the department by identifying market opportunities and setting strategic goals.

Client Management:

  • CRM Software: Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track performance, and maintain client relationships.
  • Sales Forecasts: Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports.

  • Service Delivery: Partner with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Experience and Expertise:

  • 3+ Years of Experience: At least 3 years of experience in HVAC service sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • HVAC Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and the ability to effectively communicate technical solutions to clients.

Growth Mindset:

  • Self-Starter: A self-starter who thrives on challenges and is eager to take ownership of growing a department.
  • Ambition: Ambition to move into a leadership role and manage a team of sales professionals.

Technical Skills:

  • CRM Familiarity: Familiarity with CRM software and the ability to leverage it for maximizing efficiency and results.
