Seneca Family of Agencies is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Mental Health Crisis Intervention Specialist to join our Mobile Response Team in San Francisco. As a member of our team, you will provide crisis management and intervention services to youth and families referred by various systems, including child welfare, public health, and education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide crisis management and intervention services to youth and families in their homes, schools, and community settings.
  • Complete risk assessments, crisis counseling, and develop behavioral plans and safety plans.
  • Collaborate with treatment teams, including child welfare workers, caregivers, school staff, therapists, and case managers.
  • Participate in weekly individual supervision and group supervision to expand skills and receive ongoing coaching and support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • Bilingual in Spanish.
  • Strong communication skills and flexibility.
  • Valid California driver's license and insurability with Seneca's automobile policy.
  • TB test clearance, fingerprinting clearance, and any other state/federal licensing or certification requirements.
