We're seeking a detail-oriented Office Admin to join our team at Ellas Bubbles Llc. As an Office Admin, you'll play a crucial role in processing online purchase orders and service work orders.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving and reviewing shower product orders for accuracy
  • Verifying customer information and ensuring correct package selection
  • Generating bills of lading for the warehouse crew and matching invoices to PO's
  • Processing walk-in tub orders, including finding shipping carriers and generating bills of lading
  • Logging sales data into Quickbooks and Excel

You'll also be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
  • Coordinating with the service crew to ensure timely completion of service work orders
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Excellent phone skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with office administration and light accounting
  • Proficiency in Excel and Quickbooks
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
