We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Part Time Keyholder to join our team at UNTUCKit in Palo Alto, CA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example and create a positive work environment that inspires engagement among associates.
  • Embody the UNTUCKit CORE values and consistently demonstrate them in daily interactions.
  • Effectively execute UNTUCKit University training and participate in daily chat-in activities to ensure knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive sales assistance and product information.
  • Assess customer needs and provide personalized recommendations to drive sales and enhance the shopping experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized stock room, ensuring efficient inventory management and stock replenishment.
  • Open and close the store, ensuring a smooth transition of responsibilities and maintaining a secure environment.
  • Actively maintain a tidy sales floor, adhering to visual merchandising standards and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
  • Remain knowledgeable about products and services offered, providing accurate information and discussing available options with customers.
  • Cross-sell products and collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless customer service and a cohesive shopping experience.
  • Contribute to brand decisions by providing customer feedback and observations, helping to shape the company's vision and direction.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Associate with a strong background in sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Proficiency in Apple products and G-suite, Omni-channel POS systems.
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service focus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility in scheduling and availability to work retail hours.
  • High school degree; BA/BS degree would be a plus.
