Position Summary:
We are seeking a Human Resources & Legal Coordinator to facilitate human resources and legal administrative functions, reporting directly to the Director of Human Resources and General Counsel. This role requires close collaboration with our team and senior advisors.

Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources (75%):
- Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Assist in organizing training and development programs.
- Coordinate performance evaluation processes.
- Maintain organized electronic employee files and records.
- Provide support to employees on various HR-related inquiries.
- Ensure adherence to labor regulations.
- Manage employee benefits setup and modifications as required.
- Collaborate with the Finance Team on payroll activities.
- Support recruitment efforts by posting job openings and facilitating employment contracts.
- Assist the Director of Human Resources with comprehensive HR needs for a rapidly expanding global organization.

Legal Assistance (25%):
- Aid the General Counsel in addressing the legal and compliance requirements of the organization.
- Assist in drafting and executing Non-Disclosure Agreements and contractor agreements.
- Monitor the execution and renewal of client contracts.
- Respond to inquiries regarding ethics and compliance from clients and other stakeholders.
- Help identify and maintain a network of international legal counsel.
- Assist in tracking foreign labor laws and other regulations pertinent to global operations.
- Support the General Counsel in managing legal aspects of foreign office operations, including lease renewals and vendor contracts.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in human resources.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat; experience with Salesforce is a plus.

- Knowledge of employment and labor laws.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using Apple/Mac computers and relevant office software.
