The Asia Group, LLC is currently seeking candidates for the position of Human Resources & Legal Coordinator to support our operations.

The Human Resources & Legal Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of human resources and legal administrative tasks, reporting directly to the Director of Human Resources and General Counsel.


Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources (75%):

  • Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes;
  • Assist in organizing training and development programs;
  • Coordinate performance evaluations and review processes;
  • Maintain organized electronic employee files and records;
  • Provide support to employees on HR-related inquiries;
  • Ensure adherence to labor regulations;
  • Manage employee benefits setup and modifications;
  • Support payroll processes in collaboration with the Finance Team;
  • Assist in recruitment efforts by posting job openings and managing employment contracts;
  • Support the Director of Human Resources in addressing the HR needs of a rapidly expanding global organization.

Legal Assistance (25%):

  • Assist the General Counsel in overseeing the company’s legal and compliance requirements;
  • Help prepare and execute Non-Disclosure Agreements and contractor agreements;
  • Track the execution and renewal of client contracts;
  • Respond to inquiries regarding ethics and compliance information;
  • Help establish and maintain a network of international legal counsel;
  • Assist in monitoring foreign labor laws relevant to global operations;
  • Support the General Counsel in managing legal aspects of international office operations, including lease renewals and vendor contracts;
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field;
  • 2-5 years of experience in human resources;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat; experience with Salesforce is a plus.
