POSITION SUMMARY:

We are in search of a motivated, goal-oriented, and disciplined Territory Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The perfect candidate will demonstrate outstanding communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. In this role, you will be tasked with nurturing and managing our existing business-to-business clientele while striving to meet monthly and quarterly sales objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Establish and sustain robust relationships with both new and existing clients

  • Optimize daily dealership visits (6-8 dealerships per day, subject to route efficiency and visit quality)

· Assess client needs and deliver solutions that fulfill or surpass their expectations

· Equip clients with comprehensive product information and technical assistance

· Participate in industry training to remain informed about trends and advancements

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Preferred candidates will possess a minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience

· Valid driver's license and dependable transportation

· Clean driving record

· Strong personal integrity and intellectual honesty

· Exceptional organizational skills and discipline

· Robust work ethic

· Competitive mindset with a focus on achieving goals through value-driven selling

· Comfortable with public speaking

· Natural ability to influence and lead

· Strong follow-up and follow-through capabilities
