Your Role: Sales Territory Representative

Location: Field-based position covering designated regions

Reporting To: Regional Sales Manager

About Our Sales Team:

As a Sales Territory Representative, you will play a pivotal role in our organization, overseeing loan origination processes and fostering robust partnerships with automotive dealerships throughout your assigned territory. This role is not confined to a traditional office setting; you will actively engage with clients, making significant contributions to our business. If you thrive outside the conventional 9-5 work environment and enjoy networking with business clients extensively, this position is tailored for you. Travel expenses for your extensive fieldwork will be reimbursed.

Compensation and Career Advancement:

  • Starting base salary of $55K plus a performance-based quarterly bonus
  • Guaranteed first quarter bonus during training
  • Average quarterly bonuses historically around 105% in this region

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential auto dealerships within your territory
  • Act as the primary liaison for dealership accounts, ensuring availability through various communication channels during business hours
  • Provide education to dealerships regarding our services
  • Identify and pursue new dealership opportunities, including cold outreach
  • Conduct regular travel to dealerships within your assigned area

Qualifications:

  • Valid U.S. Driver's License
  • Reliable transportation
  • Demonstrated career stability
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • High degree of independence; detail-oriented and task-focused
  • Exceptional consultative selling abilities
  • Skills in prospecting, planning, presenting, and closing
  • Proactive attitude, urgency, and a passion for success
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork capabilities
  • Aptitude for building and maintaining effective relationships, including cold calling
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate challenging relationship dynamics
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
