Bilingual Territory Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team at First Help Financial. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with auto dealerships in your designated territory, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective auto dealerships in your territory, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and preferences.
- Sales Growth: Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, negotiating deals, and closing sales.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to dealerships, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues and concerns.
- Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: 2+ years of sales experience in the automotive or financial services industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Language: Bilingual in English and Spanish (or other languages as required by the territory).
