We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Associate to join our Sales team at Pulmonx. This individual will support our sales and market development activities in designated territories, driving revenue growth and increasing utilization in assigned accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support sales and market development activities in designated territories, working collaboratively with Regional Business Directors and Territory Managers to execute market awareness, utilization activities, and drive revenue within the region and territories assigned.
- Build relationships with physicians and key staff in accounts, collaborating to identify high-potential referring key accounts, healthcare professionals, and business issues that impact the use of company products.
- Develop and execute quarterly account development plans in collaboration with Territory Managers, focusing on long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including hospitals, physicians, multidisciplinary teams, and referring offices.
- Articulate the benefits of Zephyr Valves to other healthcare providers and staff, generating patient referrals and ensuring exceptional clinical standards through in-service and training.
- Market development activities, including calling on General Pulmonologists and Primary Care Physicians to drive awareness of disease state and treatment, and developing and executing market development programs with hospitals, private practices, and local associations.
- Collaborate with Regional Business Directors and Territory Managers to identify and engage key referral networks for Zephyr Valves, utilizing company and customer databases.
- Support Regional initiatives, including RT events, PES, and referral events, and provide extended case coverage within the region, communicating outcomes and submitting weekly and monthly reports as defined by Regional Business Directors.
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree required
- Minimum of 1-3 years of field sales experience required
- Previous experience with interacting with medical staff in clinical and hospital settings preferred
- Dynamic, customer-focused individual with technical-oriented ability and well-developed written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A passion for the customer, patient, and product supported by strong relationships and closing skills
- Strong work ethic, high energy/drive, and personal integrity based on a strong value system
Travel: This role will require approximately 50% overnight travel
Compensation: Base + Variable compensation $130K at plan
